What Happens in a Session?

Each session on Zoom is a safe, compassionate space where we gently explore the emotional patterns and experiences that may be affecting your life.

My work is intuitive and trauma-informed, drawing from modalities such as:

• Inner Child Healing
• Nervous System Regulation & embodiment
• ThetaHealing®
• Somatic and emotional awareness practices

Every session unfolds at your own pace and is guided by what your body and inner wisdom are ready to explore.

Not Sure Where to Start?

You’re warmly invited to book a Free Discovery Call if you feel drawn to this work but aren’t sure where to begin.

This is a gentle, safe and confidential space for us to connect and talk about what you’re experiencing. There is no pressure and no obligation - simply an opportunity to see if working together feels right for both of us.

If it feels aligned, we can explore the next steps together.

Ready to Begin?

If you feel ready, you’re welcome to book your session directly.

My sessions are intuitive and trauma-informed, creating a safe and confidential space to explore the emotional roots of what you’re experiencing. I may draw from modalities such as Inner Child Healing, Nervous System Regulation, ThetaHealing®, and feminine embodiment practices.

Each session gently unfolds at your own pace, supporting you to reconnect with yourself and your inner wisdom

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Sometimes the first step is simply allowing yourself to be supported.
