These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Neemisha Naugah Shakti, offering inner child and emotional healing sessions for women. By booking a session, using this website, or participating in any services offered, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be scheduled through the online booking system or as otherwise communicated.

Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure that the information you provide during booking is accurate and up to date.

Neemisha Shakti reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice may be charged in full.

If a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative appointment will be offered.

Scope of Services

Sessions offered through Neemisha Shakti are intended to support emotional wellbeing, self awareness and personal growth through approaches such as:

• inner child healing
• nervous system awareness
• emotional and somatic practices
• ThetaHealing
• intuitive and trauma informed support

These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.

No diagnosis or medical advice is provided. Clients should consult a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health concerns.

Personal Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing during and after sessions.

Healing work can sometimes bring emotions to the surface. Clients are encouraged to take care of themselves following sessions and seek appropriate professional support if needed.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact your doctor or local emergency services.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.

Information will only be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

Online Sessions

Some sessions may be conducted online.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a private space and stable internet connection during remote sessions.

Neemisha Shakti is not responsible for technical issues outside of reasonable control.

Results

Healing and personal development are individual processes. While many clients experience positive changes, results cannot be guaranteed.

Each person's journey is unique.
