About Neemisha

You may have spent much of your life doing what was expected of you. Being the good girl. The responsible one. The one who held everything together.

And yet beneath the surface something feels off. A quiet emptiness. A tiredness that rest does not quite touch. Your body begins to speak through anxiety, tension, bloating, hormonal shifts or exhaustion. It may feel like an invitation to pause and listen more deeply.

I know this path because I have walked it myself.

From the outside my life looked good. I had a loving family, a stable career and what many would consider a comfortable life. But inside I felt disconnected from myself and unsure of who I truly was. Like many women, I had learned early to adapt. To stay quiet, be agreeable and not take up too much space. Over time my body began to hold what my voice could not. Emotions, fear, self doubt, unmet needs and unspoken truth.

My turning point came in 2012 when I was simply sick and tired of being sick and tired. Instead of searching for answers outside myself, I turned inward toward my body, my emotions and my inner child. That was the beginning of a deeper alignment.

Through years of personal healing and training in modalities such as ThetaHealing®, trauma informed approaches, somatic and emotional healing, NLP, Reiki and shamanic practices( see full list of qualifications below), I came to understand something essential. Healing does not happen through force or fixing yourself. It happens through safety, compassion and listening to the wisdom of the body.

Today I support women who feel burnt out, anxious or disconnected from themselves. Many of the women I work with have already tried therapy, personal development or spiritual practices but sense that something deeper is still calling.

My work is intuitive, feminine and body led. I gently weave together inner child healing, nervous system regulation, emotional and somatic awareness and ThetaHealing. Each session unfolds at the pace of your body and nervous system.

I hold a compassionate space where women can soften, reconnect with themselves and remember the truth of who they are.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to yourself.

If you feel a quiet pull to live more authentically, to feel at home in your body and aligned with your true voice, this may be your invitation.

Work With Me

If this resonates with you and you feel ready to explore your healing journey, I would be honoured to support you.

I offer one to one sessions where we gently explore the emotional and nervous system patterns that may be keeping you stuck while creating a safe and supportive space for healing and reconnection.

You are welcome to begin with a free discovery call if you would like to explore whether this work feels right for you. There is no pressure or obligation, simply a chance for us to connect.
